Peter Leffkowitz – Since 1996, 1350 students per year have travelled from 4 continents, to a 75 acre ranch in the center of America to spend 3 days in a log cabin being coached by the most credible executive/contingency search trainer and consultant, globally, Peter Leffkowitz. His client base reads like the Who’s Who of the Staffing Industry and he has produced more top billing recruiters in their respective companies, than any other mentor. The vast majority of Speaker/Presenters that dominate the training landscape today are direct descendents of his Morgan Method training.

Since 1986, Peter has conducted 600+ private in house training engagements and has been instrumental in building and selling multiple clients, within the direct hire space in North America, South Africa and Japan, a feat only possible with replicable and duplicatable high performance systems. With the majority of his training taking place at the Tall Pony Ranch in Kansas City, Peter only travels occasionally now for regional seminars he conducts. This truly becomes, an owner’s opportunity to take an inexpensive snapshot of an easily inserted system that has allowed so many people to back away from their day to day responsibilities and enjoy the fruits of their labor.

In addition to giving guidance to a client base of 2700 staffing firms, Peter oversees his own multi office search firm, Morgan 20/20. A father of 4, an active rancher who trains and sells polished trail horses, Peter is married to Cindy, his work and life partner.
