Levels of Membership

Active membership shall be open to all firms doing business in the State of Indiana and actively engaged in the industry as a personnel placement service (a firm which receives fees for employment placement), retained search service (a firm which is retained by the hiring employer, receives fees solely from the hiring employer, and is paid on a retainer), temporary help or staffing service (a firm which employs individuals to render temporary services to or for a third party), herein jointly referred to as “the industry”, without regard to race, creed, color, age, sex or national origin. This definition does not include career-counseling services, job listing subscription services and resume services.

Associate membership shall be open to those who do not qualify for active membership but who are engaged in business, which provide services or goods to the associations’ members or whose business is compatible with the interests of the Association.
