The staffing and recruiting industry has grown dramatically over the years.  Through this growth, the Indiana Search and Staffing Association has worked to maintain the credibility and professionalism of the industry through a close association with the major national associations.

The ISSA proudly endorses the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and the Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) Certifications given by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and the Technical Services Certified (TSC) designation given by the American Staffing Association(ASA).

We encourage our membership to research these certifications and to choose the one that best fits their individual practice.  Through certification programs like these we will further the professionalization of our great industry.
