To My Clients:

I pledge myself to protect and promote the interests of my clients, recognizing always my responsibility to deal fairly with applicants and employers.
I shall conscientiously preserve confidential information entrusted to me.
I shall constantly strive to increase my knowledge and to improve my skills with the objective of increasing effective service.
I shall charge for my services only such fees as are fair and reasonable and are either in accordance with local practice or are based on demonstrable additional service rendered.

To my Fellow Employment Consultants:

I shall endeavor to avoid controversies with other personnel services professionals, but in the event of such controversy, I shall submit it for arbitration in accordance with the procedures of the Association and not to suit of law. I shall accept the decision in such arbitration as final and binding. If I am charged with unethical practice, I shall place all pertinent facts before the Committee on Ethics of this Association for investigation and judgment. I shall not publicly criticize a competitor nor volunteer an opinion of a competitor's operation. If my opinion is sought, I shall render it with strict professional integrity and courtesy.
